Children Visitors

We welcome children to visit their loved ones, but they can tire a patient out very easily when they are recovering. Children under 14 must be accompanied and supervised by a non-patient adult who is 18 years of age or older and are expected to remain with the adult who is supervising them. Neither the patient nor hospital staff is responsible for supervising children.

Free Parking

At our Shreveport Campus, free parking is conveniently located directly across the street from the facility. At Bossier City Campus, free parking is conveniently located directly in front of the main entrance.

To dial outside the hospital, first press “9.” Long distance calls can be made with a calling card. Nurses and caregivers are available to assist patients with use of the phone.

Smoking is prohibited on both campuses except in designated areas. At our Shreveport facility, the designated smoking area is on the first floor in the inner courtyard. The designated smoking area at our Bossier facility is located on the northwest exterior of the facility.
